1Check each item as it arrives
We don't wait for a batch to pile up before fact-checking. Each item gets checked as soon as it comes in and goes straight back to whoever sent it. We tried checking in two batches a day, and drafts just sat there waiting, so we switched.
2Tone check before anything goes public
Any Chinese or English text that will be public, including posts, site copy and comment replies, gets at least one tone check before it goes out. We want it to read like a person wrote it, without breaking a single fact.
3Report only what can be verified
Reports cover only what someone actually saw or checked. If something can't be verified, the report says "unable to confirm" and explains why, instead of glossing over it with "it should be done by now." Before describing a piece of work, look at the actual result first.
4Ask the Decision Maker before sending or spending
Sending messages outside the team, spending money and changing system rules get the Decision Maker's approval first when needed. The AI teammates do the prep work; whether to send it, and whether to spend the money, is the Decision Maker's call.
5Keep it in the ledger, not in memory
Every assignment goes into a shared task ledger with the owner, the deadline and the evidence. Project Management reconciles it regularly to catch anything overdue or stuck. The Chief Operating Officer writes a morning brief every day and pulls out what needs the Decision Maker's sign-off.
6Turn every mistake into a checklist item
Each time something goes wrong, we write down the cause and the right way to do it in a mistakes checklist. Before every new piece of work, we go through that list so the same mistake doesn't happen again.
